One of the main purposes in establishing MasterCraft Design & Build was to eliminate the lack of trust that exists in the homebuilding industry. One consistent theme stands out in all of my conversations with potential customers. They are hesitant to employ a general contractor because they are not allowed to see the “true” cost of construction. They would be more interested in upgrading their selections if they knew that the contractor wasn’t constantly inflating the costs of their products. Often, the “inflated” contractor cost makes the upgrades, out of the reach for many homebuyers.
We will give you the opportunity to compare pricing from different manufacturers on the many products in your house. From windows to flooring and everything in between, you are free to shop the many different brands and see how the pricing will affect the final house cost. This puts the final decision making process in your hands instead of ours. You can feel comfortable that you are getting the maximum return for your hard earned dollars. We also welcome you to visit with any of our suppliers on your own. Our suppliers will provide you with the same contractor cost that we pay, without any added markups or “hidden fees”. We know that your free time is valuable and this system allows you to visit the showroom one time and make on the spot decisions without making return trips to find out actual costs. |
