Quality control becomes “Extreme” when all of the vital people involved in a project do their part to achieve the best possible product. Our quality control is made up of three important layers. The first layer starts at the beginning of the process with the material suppliers and vendors. The process then shifts to the second layer which is the subcontractors and on-site craftsmen. The completion of the entire project is then monitored by the third layer which is the ownership.
The subcontractors that we work with are selected for their knowledge and quality of installation. We rely heavily on our subcontractors to inspect their own work and make sure that it meets our standards of excellence. We have assembled a group of subcontractors that take pride in their work and are willing to take an active part in our quality process. Our subcontractors use careful thought and attention to detail as they assemble and integrate the materials in your house. Your house will be constructed the same way that they would assemble their own homes. Any good owner has the responsibility to inspect and monitor the product that he produces. As owner of MasterCraft Design & Build, I take that charge seriously. My experience as a residential and commercial carpenter allows me the opportunity to understand the complex pieces that make up your house and to integrate them in such a way that the final product flows together smoothly. Many times you may have new ideas or changes in the way that you want your house built. When that happens, we will assemble all of the subcontractors involved and figure out the best way to incorporate the new ideas into the existing plan. Our goal is a polished final product that flows together and a home that you can be proud of for years to come. |
